What is One Parkmore?
One Parkmore is the PCA’s simplified, sustainable way to fund the services we all use: it merges PCA Membership and Road Closures into one simple core package, aligning the fee to the real cost of keeping Parkmore safe and well-kept, and removes the price of the optional Armed Response so residents can ensure they get competitive armed response rates. The result is fairer contributions, better-funded patrols and garden and street maintenance. This means less admin, and clearer communication for every household.
Why should I join the PCA?
Join to protect what matters most: safety, streets, and property value. Your PCA Membership fee directly funds 24/7 patrols, keeps verges and public spaces clean and maintained, and gives the PCA the mandate to push the City and service providers to act, suburb-wide.
By consolidating fees, everyone contributes fairly to shared benefits, core services are properly funded, admin is simpler, and you unlock access to a now-competitive Armed Response option if you want it.

Includes 24/7 suburb security patrols (5 vehicles), garden and verge maintenance, PCA liaison with City and Ward councillors, and simple continuation of Road Closures across all areas of Parkmore.
2. Parkmore Core + Armed Response
(Optional add-on; requires Parkmore Core)
Private Armed Response remains optional, with fees with 24/7 now reduced to be competitive.
